Opening times information design for Roxburgh & Berwickshire Citizens Advice Bureau

Brief

To communicate the varied and complex opening hours for Roxburgh & Berwickshire CAB’s four branches which are spread out by up to 52 miles.

Response

CAB often provide support and advice at critical times in people’s lives, so it was important to communicate the information they needed to locate the nearest open branch if the one they have visited is closed.

To aid clarity I created custom versions of the information specifically for each branch. I also included the distances to each alternative branch, presenting them in order of proximity and advising people to telephone before travelling, since a round trip of 104 miles is substantial.
