Accessibility statement
A very non-standard accessibility statement for the Lettica website
Commitment to accessibility
Working with accessible PDFs has made me very aware of the importance and benefits of accessibility. So I really want my website to be accessible and usable by as many people as possible.
I’ve designed and built my website to try to support:
- Keyboard navigation
- Screen reader users
- Browser zoom up to 400%
- Responsive layouts on different devices and screen sizes
- Clear headings and page structure
- Sufficient colour contrast
- Descriptive link text
I aim to conform to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
Known limitations
Ever curious about how things work and eager to learn, I decided to design and build my web site myself. I’m certainly not a professional web designer or builder and, therefore, the biggest known limitation of this site is me!
Reporting accessibility issues
I am always interested in ways to make the site better. If you notice any problems or encounter any accessibility barriers, please get in touch to let me know. I will respond promptly and do my best to improve the site accordingly.
